We want you to be fully satisfied with the item that you purchase from www.curezym.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 60 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.

The item must be returned, unused or used in good condition. Whenever possible, please return the product in original boxes, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure credit. Please note that our Standard Return Policies do not apply to gift cards, or liquid products.

All returns must be accompanied by a Supplement Warehouse Return Processing Authorization (RPA) Number.

Please email us at support@curezym.com and ask for a return processing authorization number. This number must appear on your return label. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the problem is our fault which will be determined at the time you obtain your RPA number.

We will not refund your credit card for opened products. Orders more than 30 days old will not be returned . We will not accept returns or exchanges on the items that you have received from a previous return of an opened item.

Please note that once we put a refund through on average it takes between 7 and 10 business days for it to show up in your account.
